I’m Tahlia, and I’m a holistic nutritionist (BHSc) and huge food lover who feels her absolute best when eating well - and I want to show you how.

I first noticed the link between my emotional wellbeing and food in my early 20s, before I started studying to become a nutritionist. Discovering that link drove me to find out more about how food really affects our mental and physical wellbeing, and how we can apply these lessons to our own lives.
